How to deactivate your account in the app
This tutorial shows you how to deactivate your account in the iOS app.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, check the following:
- You have a Cryptohopper account.
- You want to deactivate your account through the app. If you want to do it on the website, you can check this article.
- This feature is only available on the iOS app.
How to deactivate your account
- Launch the app and log in.
- Click the “More” button. It’s at the bottom of your screen.
- Click “Delete Account”.
- Click “Delete”.
Extra information
Keep in mind that when you deactivate your account, all the benefits of?Cryptohopper's Loyalty Program?and your bot settings will be gone. Such as your Cryptohopper balance, created Strategies, and more. We will retain your data for 30 days. If you haven't logged in within 30 days, your account will be deleted.
