According to the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets, employees of Cryptohopper are not allowed to give financial advice. Fortunately, other users are allowed to help you. Did you already check our Discord channel or Internal chat?
The chat support button can be found both on the Landing page and when you are configuring your Hopper on the bottom right corner. After clicking on the text balloon, you will also see a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), videos, or support pages for troubleshooting.
