This tutorial shows you how to change your username when you have forgotten it.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, check the following:

• You have a Cryptohopper account.
• You don’t remember your username. If you do can use this article.

How to change your username when you have forgotten it

1. Go to our login page.
2. Click “Username”.
3. Fill in your email address.
4. Click “Request username”.
5. You will receive an email with instructions to change your username. Follow the instructions receive through email.
