How to change your username when you have forgotten it

This guide shows you how to recover your Cryptohopper username when you have forgotten it.

Prerequisites

• A Cryptohopper account.

Steps

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click "Username".
3. Fill in your email address.
4. Click "Request username".
5. Check your email for instructions and follow the steps provided.
