An explanation of every setting and option in your Cryptohopper profile.
Subscription expiration notification
We recommend enabling "Notify on subscription expiration" to ensure your bot always stays active. You can also subscribe to the Cryptohopper newsletter to stay up to date on new features, partnerships, market news, and special discounts.
Settings
Timezone settings Select your timezone. This affects how information is displayed across the platform, including chart data, trade history, output, order dates, and more.
Locale settings Currently English and Dutch are available. For other languages, we recommend using the Google Translate browser extension. The Cryptohopper iOS and Android apps are available in 12 languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, Frisian, Filipino, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Russian.
Chart source The default chart source is TradingView. Charts appear in multiple places, including the Chart page, the Advanced View, and the Market Making Bot.
Auto-assign subscriptions When enabled, a subscription is automatically assigned to any bot that doesn't have one.
BETA Features When enabled, you can test new features and exchange integrations before they are fully released. Note: BETA features are not fully optimised and could result in losses. We recommend using Paper Trading to test new features without risking real funds. Business account settings
Business Select "Business" to enable VAT reclaim for your company.
Company name Fill in your company name.
EU VAT Fill in your EU VAT number. Ensure this is entered correctly as it is verified by the Dutch Tax Authorities.
Deactivating your account
2FA must be enabled before you can deactivate your account. When deactivated, all benefits from Cryptohopper's Loyalty Program and your bot settings — including your Cryptohopper balance and created Strategies — will be removed. Your data is retained for 30 days. If you do not log in within 30 days, your account is permanently deleted.
Personal details
Filling in your personal details is required for several reasons — for example, certain fields must be completed before you can purchase a subscription. Required fields are highlighted in red when you attempt to save without completing them. Personal details are also required for Cryptohopper to comply with European taxation laws.
