How to set up a Signal with the app

This tutorial shows you how to set up a Signal with in the iOS or Android app. and explains the settings you need to fill in.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, check the following:

• You have an Explorer, Adventurer, or Hero Cryptohopper subscription.
• You want to set up a Signal through the app. If you want to do it on the website, check this article.

Set up a Signal in the app

1. Launch the Cryptohopper app and log in.
2. Click “Marketplace”. At the bottom of the screen.
3. The first Marketplace items you see are Signals.
4. Scroll a little down and click “View all”.
5. Choose a Signaler.
6. Click on that Signaler and click “Subscribe”.
7. If needed, pay for the Signal.
8. Go back by clicking “<” in the left upper corner.
9. Click “My signals”.
10. Click on the Signal you want to use and configure.
11. Click “Configure”.
12. Configure the settings of the Signal.
13. Click “Save”.
14. Go back to your Dashboard by clicking on “<” in the left upper corner three times.
15. Click “Positions”. It’s at the bottom of the screen.
16. Click the settings button in the upper right corner.
17. Click “Baseconfig”.
18. Click “Strategy”.
19. Only switch the “Signals only” toggle if you only want to use Signals. Otherwise don’t switch it. If you do switch the toggle, also fill in the “Number of targets to buy”.
20. Click “Save”.

Note that when using Triggers to load different templates, you must subscribe to the Signaler in both templates, as you won’t receive trading signals when your bot loads another template.
