How to upgrade your subscription

This guide shows you how to upgrade your subscription.

Prerequisites

• A Cryptohopper account.
• An Explorer or Adventurer subscription.
• Note: upgrading is not possible for subscriptions purchased through Cryptohopper's iOS or Android apps.

Steps

1. Log in to your Cryptohopper account.
2. Click the icon in the top-right corner.
3. Click "Subscriptions".
4. Click "Overview".
5. Click "Active".
6. Click on the subscription you want to upgrade.
7. Select your preferred payment method.
8. Click "Complete your order".
9. Complete the payment using your chosen payment method.

How upgrade pricing works

When you upgrade, you may receive a discount based on the unused time remaining on your current subscription. The difference in daily cost between your old and new plan is calculated and deducted from the upgrade price.

For example: upgrading from Adventurer ($69/month = $2.30/day) to Hero ($129/month = $4.30/day) after 5 days:

• Daily cost difference: $4.30 ? $2.30 = $2.00
• Credit for 5 days: $2.00 × 5 = $10.00
• Upgrade cost: $129 ? $10 ? $69 = $50

Your subscription expiration date does not change when you upgrade.
