How to set up 2FA

This guide shows you how to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Cryptohopper account.

Prerequisites

• A Cryptohopper account.
• A desire to add extra security to your account.

Steps

1. Log in to your Cryptohopper account.
2. Click the profile button in the top-right corner.
3. Click "My account".
4. Click "User Profile".
5. Click "Two Factor Authentication (2FA)".
6. Select your preferred authentication method.
7. Follow the required steps for your chosen method.
8. Click "Enable 2FA".
9. Write down your security codes and store them somewhere safe.

We highly recommend enabling 2FA on your Cryptohopper account.
