This tutorial shows you how to change your password when you have forgotten it.

Prerequisites

• You don’t remember your password. If you do can use this article.

How to change your password when you have forgotten it

1. Go to our login page.
2. Click “Password?”.
3. Fill in your email address.
4. Click “Reset password”.
5. You will receive an email with instructions to change your password. Follow the instructions receive through email.
