How to chat with us in the app

This guide shows you how to contact support via chat in the Cryptohopper iOS or Android app.

Prerequisites

• A Cryptohopper account.

Steps

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap "More" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap "Support".
4. Tap "How can we assist you?".
5. Type your question or message.
6. Tap the blue arrow icon to send.
