This tutorial shows you how to change your password in theiOS or Android app when you have forgotten it.

How to change your password when you have forgotten it

1. Launch the app.
2. Click “Forgot your password”.
3. Fill in your email address.
4. You will receive an email with instructions to change your password. Follow the instructions receive through email.
