How to chat with us in the app

This tutorial shows you how to chat with us in the iOS or Android app.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, check the following:

• You have a Cryptohopper account.
• You want to chat with us in the app. If you want to chat with us on the website, check this article.

How to chat with us?

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Locate the "More" button at the bottom of your screen and click on it.
3. Select "Support" from the options presented.
4. Choose "How can we assist you?" to proceed.
5. Type in your question or query.
6. Finally, click the blue arrow icon to send your message.
