How to chat with us in the app
This guide shows you how to contact support via chat in the Cryptohopper iOS or Android app.
Prerequisites
- A Cryptohopper account.
- If you prefer to chat on the website instead, see What is our chat support.
Steps
- Open the app and log in.
- Tap "More" at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Support".
- Tap "How can we assist you?".
- Type your question or message.
- Tap the blue arrow icon to send.
