What are the different settings for sending Signals as a Marketplace Seller

An explanation of every setting available when sending Signals as a Marketplace Seller.

Config settings

Name Fill in your name.

Description Describe and advertise your Signals. Include recommended settings, tips, and contact information for your clients.

Exchanges Switch the toggle if you do not send Signals to all exchanges, then select the specific exchanges you use. Only select exchanges you are actively sending Signals to — selecting exchanges you don't use can result in a ban.

Twitter username Fill in your Twitter username without the @ symbol. For example: Cryptohopper.

Facebook page Fill in your page ID or username.

Telegram channel Fill in your username or channel handle. For example: t.me/CryptohopperToday.

Logo Upload your logo image. This appears alongside your name in the Marketplace. Required size: 600px × 430px.

Promo image Upload a banner image displayed at the top of your Signaler Marketplace page. Required size: 1200px × 450px.

API settings

You can send Signals directly to the Cryptohopper API without logging into the dashboard.

The following parameters must be sent as GET in the URL:

api_key — Your API key. signal_id — Your Signaler ID. exchange — The exchange for which the signal is sent. Possible values: bitpanda, bitvavo, hitbtc, kucoin, okex, binance, binanceus, bitfinex, bittrex, cex, gdax, huobi, kraken2, kraken, poloniex. market — The market for which the signal is sent. Format varies by exchange — for example: BTC_ETH (Poloniex), ETHBTC (Binance), ETH-BTC (Coinbase Advanced), XETHXXBT (Kraken), ETH/BTC (KuCoin, HitBTC, Bitvavo, OKX, Bybit, Bitpanda, Bitfinex). type — The signal type: buy or sell. percentage_profit — The take profit percentage for the signal. (Optional) stop_loss — The Stop-Loss percentage, entered as a positive number. (Optional) trailing_percentage — The Trailing Stop-Loss percentage. (Optional) trailing_arm_percentage — The arm Trailing Stop-Loss percentage. (Optional)

To verify your request, include the X-Hub-Signature header — a sha512 hash of the full path (/signal.php?...) using your API secret as the key.

Signal limits:

• 30 Signals per minute
• 60 Signals per 5 minutes

Signal stats Retrieve signal statistics via: https://www.cryptohopper.com/signalstats.php

Parameters (GET):

• signal_id — your Signaler ID.
• exchange — the exchange or all. (Optional)

TradingView settings

Connect your TradingView account via webhook URL or email alerts. The alert message must be set to a JSON string which you can generate on the TradingView settings page.

Your JSON must contain the following keys:

api_key — Your API key. signal_id — Your Signaler ID (found in the API section). exchange — The exchange for which the signal is sent. market — The market for which the signal is sent (same format as the API section above). type — buy or sell. percentage_profit (Optional) stop_loss (Optional) trailing_percentage (Optional) trailing_arm_percentage (Optional) signature — sha512 hash of the API path using your API secret as the key: /signal.php?api_key=YOUR_API_KEY&signal_id=YOUR_SIGNAL_ID&exchange=THE_EXCHANGE&market=THE_MARKET

Strategy Signals settings

Strategy Select the Strategy you have created.

Exchange Select the exchange you want to signal to. Only one exchange can be selected at a time — repeat the process to add additional exchanges.

Market(s) Click the field to see suggestions and select your markets. Use "Select all markets" to signal to all markets — use with caution as this may include stable/stable pairs such as USDT/USDC.

You can also configure sell settings — Take Profit, Stop-Loss, and Trailing Stop-Loss — to be sent automatically with each Signal.

Cooldown The cooldown period between Signals for the same coin.

Max simultaneous signals The maximum number of Signals active at the same time.

AI Signals settings

AI Select the AI you want to use to send Signals.

Exchange Select your exchange. Only one exchange at a time — create a separate AI Signals entry for each additional exchange.

Use corrected score for buys Normal scores range from -1 (sell) to 1 (buy). The corrected score is a value between 0 and 100, improving over time. Selecting "Yes" is usually the better choice.

Minimum score for buys The minimum score a market must reach before a buy signal is sent. For normal scores, use a value between -1 and 1 (e.g. 0.2). For corrected scores, use a value between 0 and 100. A balance between quality and quantity is typically around 75–85.

Use corrected score for sells Same as for buys — the corrected score improves over time and is generally the better choice.

Minimum score for sells The minimum score a market must reach before a sell signal is sent. For normal scores, use a value like -0.2. For corrected scores, use a value between 0 and 100. A lower value produces better sell signals — a good balance is around 15–25.

You can also configure Take Profit, Stop-Loss, and Trailing Stop-Loss to be sent automatically with each Signal.

Cooldown The cooldown period between Signals for the same coin.

Max simultaneous signals The maximum number of Signals active at the same time.
