How to pay with Credits

This guide shows you how to pay for a Cryptohopper subscription using Credits.

Prerequisites

• A Cryptohopper account.
• Readiness to purchase a subscription using Cryptohopper Credits.
• Note: credits are non-refundable.

Steps

1. Log in to your Cryptohopper account.
2. Click "Subscriptions".
3. Check your credit balance in the top-right area of the page.
4. If you have no credits or not enough, click "Buy".
5. Fill in the required fields.
6. Read the disclaimer and accept the terms. Note: credits are non-refundable.
7. Click "Buy credits". You will be redirected to your selected payment method.
8. Complete the payment.
9. Once you have sufficient credits, click "New subscription".
10. Click "Subscribe now" on the subscription you want.
11. Select the payment term by clicking "Pay with balance".
12. Click "Complete your order".
13. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
