How to Get a Refund for a Subscription Paid with Apple or Google Pay

This guide shows you how to get a refund for a Cryptohopper subscription paid using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Prerequisites

• A Cryptohopper account.
• A purchased Explorer, Adventurer, or Hero subscription or Marketplace item paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How to get a refund

Since the payment was made through Apple Pay or Google Pay, refunds must be requested directly through Apple or Google:
