We have 2 ways to send us an email. The first one:

1. Log in to your email account.
2. Send an email to support@cryptohopper.com with your questions about our platform. Use sales@cryptohopper.com for business inquiries. Include as much information as possible.

The second one:

1. Go to our website The Most Powerful Crypto Trading Bot - Cryptohopper.
2. Click “Learn”.
3. Click “Helpdesk”.
4. Click “Submit a ticket”.
5. Fill in all the required fields. Include as much information as possible.
6. Click “Submit”.
