An explanation of Cryptohopper's chat support and how to use it.

What is chat support?

Cryptohopper offers live chat support Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM Amsterdam time. Our team can help with issues and questions, but cannot provide financial advice due to regulations set by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets.

How to contact support

Live chat Use the chat button found in the lower-right corner of the Cryptohopper website. The chat widget also provides access to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Discord Join the community and chat with support staff and other users on the Cryptohopper Official Discord channel. You will need a Discord account that is at least 2 days old to access the channel.
