There could many reasons why you want to send an email, including;

- You have spotted a bug in the platform,

- Or anything else, we are happy to help!
Cryptohopper uses Freshdesk to manage all emails, meaning that a ticket will be created after we have received your mail. You can check the status of your ticket by logging in at Freshdesk or simply reply by clicking on "reply" in your mail provider. When you are experiencing difficulties with your trading bot, please provide as many details as possible, such as screenshots, name of currencies, an explanation of your click path, date and time, and all other kinds of information that could help us.
Keep in mind that the login details for Freshdesk are different as it is an account for Freshdesk, not Cryptohopper. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Forgot password" to create a new password. If you are still unable to login, please contact Freshdesk.
